Terms & Conditions Of Sale

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Particulars set out, supersede any Terms & Conditions previously in use. The purchase of any goods from this website constitues your agreement to the terms & conditions set out below.
The term "Supplier" means Strong Marketing Ltd, the term "Purchaser" refers to the Buyer throughout these Terms & Conditions.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of our website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Limitation of Liability
Disclaimer: We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of product descriptions and information on our webshop. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on our webshop are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
Indirect Loss: To the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, special, consequential, or punitive damages or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of our webshop or the purchase of products.
Total Liability: Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or the products shall be limited to the purchase price of the products in question.
Title of the Goods
The Supplier reserves the right to "Title of the Goods" until payment is made in full.
All Prices quoted are those set out in the "Suppliers" quotation, but excludes "Delivery Charges" to either one or multiple locations, or unless otherwise stated.
Payment is strictly required to be made in advance of dispatch of the goods.
Payment can be made by PayPal, credit card or debit card via Paypal.
Orders are despatched by DPD courier or Royal Mail
All deliveries made to the "Purchaser" should be checked thoroughly. Failure to complete the checking of the Goods Delivered and the reporting of any such Shortages or Damages, would be deemed by the "Supplier" that the Goods have been accepted by the "Purchaser" complete and unharmed.
All Damages or Shortages, should be reported to the "Supplier" within 24 Hours.
Under certain circumstances and out-with the control of the "Supplier" in particular when Goods are sourced from a third party Manufacturer or other Supplier, delays may occur, when and if this event does happen, the "Supplier" will notify the "Purchaser" as soon as it is reasonable, that there will be a delay in delivery.
You are enitled to a 14 day money back guarantee provided the bottles have not been opened.

This Cancellation Policy ("Policy") outlines the procedures and terms related to the cancellation of orders and return of products purchased from our online shop ("Shop"). Please read this Policy carefully before placing an order. By making a purchase on our Shop, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined herein.
You have the right to cancel your order within a period of 14 days from the day you receive the products.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel your order by telling us you wish to cancel using the Contact Us form https://www.fmperfume.com/contact-us-2-w.asp on this shop or by replying back to the order confirmation that you received.
Return of Products
You must return the products promptly and, in any event, no later than 14 days from the day you informed us of your decision to cancel.
The cost of returning the products shall be borne by you unless the products were delivered to you in error, were damaged, or are defective.
We will process your refund as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned products.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned products or until you have provided evidence of having sent back the products, whichever is the earliest.
Exceptions to Cancellation Rights
The right to cancel does not apply to the following products:
Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery, this includes perfumes that have been opened.
