FM Cosmetics UK Ltd began in January 2006 as a partnership between Anita Sieniuc and her father, trading as FM Group UK. Following rapid expansion the limited company was incorporated in April 2007, and relocated to larger premises in July 2007. The company operates under a franchise agreement with FM Group World, based in Poland.
FM GROUP is a very fast growing company in the perfume market. It has been created by young people, which is why we are able to respond to needs and wishes of our customers and distributors quickly. We offer you large range of fragrances of all types: fresh, flowery, oriental, woody, fruity and many more.

We are delighted to offer you our products branded in the name of FM GROUP. The idea of creating exclusive cosmetic line was born during Artur’s Trawinski (chief executive officer of the FM GROUP POLAND) annual stay in Australia. On his return to Poland he decided to realize his idea. Looking for perfect products he got many propositions for collaboration from many different companies, however, he decided to co-operate with the company he knew well run by his father. His company has been producing perfumes for 10 years. Fragrance for the perfumes is created by the one of the biggest companies in the world with the 100 years tradition which is growing up very fast and has its bases in Europe, Australia, United States, China and Brazil
Perfand Company was established by Artur’s father, Andrzej Trawiñski, in 1995. The company initially operated on the Polish market, and then expanded into the rest of Europe. Their products are based on fragrance compositions created by the internationally well known and respected German company DROM Fragrances International KG.
In 2004 FM Group launched an exclusive range of fragrances and complementary products. This young and exciting company has behind it a wealth of experience in perfume creation, marketing and direct sales and has in a short amount of time already expanded into more than twenty countries. FM Group UK office opened in January 2006 and FM Cosmetics UK Ltd is headed up by Anita Sieniuc.
Since 2004 FM Group has enjoyed rapid expansion and now has offices in over 20 countries including:
United Kingdom, Ireland, Poland, Canada, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania, Lithuania, Serbia, Latvia, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Austria, Bulgaria, Israel, Spain, Greece, Belgium, Ukraine, Nigeria, Russia and Australia.
